CALVARY CHAPEL SOCIAL MEDIA MINISTRY

Social Media Ministry Re-Launch

  1. Social media has become an integral part of our culture. In years gone by, people gathered together in shopping malls, town squares, meeting halls and other public areas to interact with one another, exchange ideas, and establish long-lasting friendships.

In patterning himself to be like Jesus, the Apostle Paul frequently preached in public spaces where people commonly assembled. As a Bible-teaching church, we are committed to sharing the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ. Like Paul, we recognize the importance of being where the most significant conversations are taking place. Right now, that is online social media.

We truly want to see the Gospel impact and influence the communities we serve. Our prayer is that CCNLB will be able to effectively use social media to establish and maintain an on-going dialog that glorifies God and inspires people to chip in. We are asking for your help in shaping our social media presence to be an engaging place of fellowship and compelling interactivity!

Here's what you can do: 1) Keep the social media ministry in continual prayer. 2) E-mail your photos, videos, announcements and event information to media.ccnlb@gmail.com 3) "Follow" our social media accounts on Instagram, Twitter, and Google Plus. Our user name at each site is @CCNLB. (Note: if we establish a valid Facebook presence, notifications will be sent out.) Also, please be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel. To do so, navigate to YouTube.com, search for "CCNLB", then click on "SUBSCRIBE". 4) Lastly, please tell your family, friends, coworkers, and our brothers and sisters here in the church about our social media pages, and encourage them to "follow" and participate with us
